Hello all,
TBT plug-in version 2.0 is now available on EEGLAB!
For those not familiar with TBT:
*The Problem:*
You have a channel that was noisy on 10% of trials, but was otherwise well
behaved, and you'd hate to lose it or those trials.
*The Solution:*
Use the TBT plug-in to remove and interpolate the channel only when it
miss-behaves, based on any of the available epoch method (or the new
max-min threshold method provided by TBT).
You can also manually specify the channels per-epoch you wish to have
removed and interpolated (not available in the GUI).
(Please note that TBT does not work with data-sets that have been epoched
using erplab (due to incompatibility issues between erplab and eeglab).)
*Whats new in this release:*
[NEW] Added support for user-defined channels to be interpolated.
[NEW] Added two new functions for transitioning between cell-list and
boolean rejE-like matrices (tbt_cell2bool and tbt_bool2cell).
[FIX] Fixed a weird edge-case bug (if you haven't encountered an error when
running pop_TBT, you haven't been affected by this bug).
[IMPROVEMENT] Updated README on GitHub with more usage examples.
[OTHER] TBT is also now citable via Zenodo:

Usage examples and other updates can be found on GitHub (where you can also
report any bugs, suggestions, etc): https://github.com/mattansb/TBT

Hope you find this tool useful,
