[Eeglablist] Blinking noise reject on prefrontal electrodes

Hi,

I responded to this but not to the list, sorry.

I have used ASR on a 4-channel system, it worked pretty well.
Do you have some clean sections of data without eye blinks in the data?
You could try the EEGLAB clean_rawdata plugin.
1) install the plugin through the GUI
2) Load your data
3) Get the appropriate channel locations if you know which ones in Edit > channel locations. If not, I could be wrong but I believe you can run ASR without them and it will adapt the thresholds accordingly.
4) Tools > Reject data using Clean Rawdata and ASR
5) Check "Remove channel drift" (keep the same values)
6) Uncheck "Remove bad channels" as it won't work with only 2 channels
7) Keep the rest checked and play with the thresholds to find what is suited to your data.

I hope this helps,

Cedric
