Good evening,
I am trying to interpolate bad channels after following the preprocessing steps (filtering, cleaning, re-reference to common average, removing components by ICA). I am applying the following code EEG = pop_interp(EEG, originalEEG.chanlocs, 'spherical'); preceded by loading a data set to obtain the original channel locations. However, after running the code all the channels that I have interpolated are totally flat, there is no brain activity at all. I am wondering if I am missing any step. Thanks in advanced.
Regards,
Pablo Cruz
