[Eeglablist] Unrecognized function or variable 'eeg_global'.

Hello,

I'm trying to install EEGLAB on my computer (Windows 10, MATLAB R2020A). I
downloaded the latest version from here (Download EEGLAB (ucsd.edu)
<https://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/downloadtoolbox.php>). Unzipped the file,
navigated to the directory and typed eeglab. It gave me following error:

Error using evalin
Unrecognized function or variable 'eeg_global'.

Error in eeglab (line 370)
evalin('base', 'eeg_global;');

I tried redownloading / reinstalling and tried this older version in
mathworks as well (EEGLAB - File Exchange - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com)

avail. Always gives me the same error message.

Are there any workarounds?
