[Eeglablist] ICA preprocessing and bipolar montage configuration

Dear Velu,

Suppose there are 4 scalp electrodes A B C D. Is your bipolar reference
configured as A-B and C-D, or A-B, B-C, and C-D? In the latter case, you
can re-reference back to a unipolar reference state, which solves the ICA
problem as well.
