[Eeglablist] Comparing time points before and after one event

Why don't you generate events 'before' for 3-s before and 'after' for 3-s
after the stim onset then epoch them? You'll have two types of epochs
'before' and 'after' the difference of which can be tested in the STUDY
level (I think).
