[Eeglablist] Enquiry about band power analysis w.r.t to power spectral density

Dear EEGLAB team,
I hope this email finds you well. My question is related to band power
analysis related to power spectral density. I am quite new to eeglab and
don't know how to interpret the data. I have watched youtube videos and
tutorials related to this issue but could not find the answer. My question
is how should I interpret the power of a particular EEG band when its power
spectral analysis is negative values?
