[Eeglablist] Plotting ITC - Group Level

Hey Cedric,
thanks for your answer. 
Yes that's the first thing I did, but when I input my matrix (freq x tp x chan x subj), it says that indexing is not allowed and it gives me in return a 0×0 empty char array..
Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried each step from GUI and to then type eegh in the command window at the end?
This should give you the exact code to replicate it from command line.
