[Eeglablist] fix scale on topoplots

Colleagues,

To compare topoplots for different stimuli, we're trying to turn off the autoscale so that all of the plots have the same min and max voltage. The goal is to make the plots for the different stimuli have the same color scale. Does anyone know how to set the min and max voltage?
