[Eeglablist] fix scale on topoplots

Daniel,

Use the 'maplimits' parameter, with the min and max you want to plot. For
example, if topoMin and topoMax are your limits:

topoplot(data_to_plot, EEG.chanlocs, 'maplimits', [topoMin topoMax]);
