Dear Rebecca,
> I’m getting the following error when I run the PREP pipeline through EEGLab, and I’m hoping someone on this list has some insight into how to fix it!
> It looks like the eeg_options.m file and the location of the tmp/ file are on different drives, but I’m not sure why this has suddenly started being an issue (it was working previously) or how to fix it.
Yes, I have not seen that message before. Maybe delete eeg_options.m
Also, the PREP pipeline relies on technologies we developed more than a decade ago.
We have much more powerful methods for automated processing including clean_rawdata ASR and ICLabel.

The originality of the PREP pipeline is the robust referencing part — the rest of the pipeline calls old EEGLAB data rejection functions. However, it does not seem better than other reference schemes (see figure 3 of https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.12.03.518987v1__;!!Mih3wA!HRk9BedQW4oymR4_uZCJJ9xpMwI6SolaKH1Xx2FuoRmstMCbpD7ESzkk8Zq36YZIhdaHT7LMK1Z9YPmVs-Rb3t8a$ ).
