[Eeglablist] Extracting epochs based on event information

Dear Güliz,

This is because you need extract epoch first. Then you will be able to see the epoch selection in the pop_selectevent GUI.
When extracting epochs with pop_epoch, you may select epochs but you can do more advance selections with pop_selectevent
