Dear Brian,

Have you tried different parameters? 

You can also try the CleanLine plugin. 

Alternatively, you may apply a band-pass filter (e.g., 45-55) with EEGLAB's default zero-phase noncausal FIR filter, with a high filter order (e.g., >1000).
