[Eeglablist] Code to label reference electrode

Hi everyone,

I hope this email finds you well! My lab is currently working to process
resting state data in EEGLab, and we are running into some trouble with the
following code:

It seems like the code appropriately appends a channel and adds channel
locations, but for some reason it is not correctly labeling 5Z as a
reference channel. We don't have any problems with the code running
until later in our pipeline when we try to re-reference, at which point
MATLAB tells us that it can't re-reference because there was not a
reference channel specified to begin with. We are able to label 5Z as a
reference channel manually without issue, but aren't sure why we can't do
it with MATLAB code. Does anyone have insight into what might be happening?
