[Eeglablist] Align Fiducials EEGLAB

Hi,

Aligning fiducials works flawlessly for a large majority of our EEG files but sometimes it results in either shrinking or inverting our digitized electrode locations (green dots) relative to the template locations (brown dots) & therefore alignment must be performed manually via yaw/pitch/roll.  Any idea why this occurs?
