[Eeglablist] Extracting ERP Peak Amplitude and Latency Values for Single Trials

Hi all,

I am trying to do a single trial ERP analysis of some EEG data I have. I essentially want to extract P3 peak amplitude and latency values for each individual trial of a condition instead of averaging over all trials within a condition. I thought I could do this by subsetting epochs in EEGLAB and then assigning event codes and bins based on the condition in ERPLAB to use the ERPLAB measurement tool. I am able to run code to assign an eventlist to the individual trials (on the GUI it will not let me select create eventlist option-it is grayed out) but it seems to successfully convert the coded event to a numerically coded event. I am then able to assign the binlister file to the data without error. But when I go to extract the bin-based epochs I keep running into an error where ERPLAB will not extract because it says that the EEG.epoch structure is empty.

Is there an easier way to extract the P3 values I want from individual trials?
