[Eeglablist] How to shift the event marker of TMS-EEG analysis

Dear all,

I am conducting TMS-EEG analysis. The S1(event marker) is displayed 40 msec
earlier than the actual TMS stimulation. I am having difficulty shifting
the event marker 40 msec backward in the EEG data or file.

 I would like to know the steps in MATLAB or EEGLAB to shift the event
marker later.
