[Eeglablist] Issues related to SEED dataset

Hello,
I am new to the EEG signal analysis field. I want to download the SEED
dataset. I requested the authority and they have provided me with the
password to download the  same. But while I am trying to download it, I am
facing the issues a) downloading is interrupted and again started and b)
what should  be the type of dataset as scripts are written in chinese.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
