Hello, haven’t been able to find information about this.
I am writing a script to automatise processing. If I run clean raw data with ASR from the GUI at the end it will pop up the scroll to compare the result of the cleaning with the raw data
However, if I run: pop_clean_rawdata as in:
EEG = pop_clean_rawdata(EEG, 'FlatlineCriterion',5,'ChannelCriterion',0.8,'LineNoiseCriterion',4,'Highpass','off','BurstCriterion',20,'WindowCriterion',0.25,'BurstRejection','on','Distance','Euclidian','WindowCriterionTolerances',[-Inf 7] );
The scroll won’t show up. I can see it mentions “Use vis_artifacts to compare the cleaned data to the original.” But I am not sure how correctly call this function.
Thank you!
