[Eeglablist] Question about EEGlab Study Design and ERP Plot Ouput

Hi everyone,

Some questions and a link to an image to assist.


  1.
When creating a study what is the difference between "runs" and "sessions" ?
  2.
This study has 2 conditions (different audio tones/oddball), and each subject received 3 different drug treatments (on different days/crossover) - Finally each subject was presented with two "runs" of auditory stimuli each day (5 min in between runs so perhaps it could be treated as one session with break?).
  3.
Note these are all Pre-Dose/Baseline data being shown so there should not be any "group" affect but, there should be a condition effect (Odball)
  4.
I am not quite understanding the output figure with stats, can someone confirm to me that the output stats are swapped or my incorrect assumptions of the figure output?
