[Eeglablist] basic EEGLAB processing question re: time frequency measures

Pardon the very basic question:

I am attempting to perform the ERSP step on page 24 (attached PDF from 2018
conference) using the faces_4.set as practice.

I don't seem to have that feature as an option under my "plot" menu and my
channel/component ERP options are also greyed out from the plot menu. This
makes me think I am missing a step in the sequence or perhaps a plugin? I
am using EEGLAB 2024. thank you for any suggestions you may have...
