[Eeglablist] Problems with the statistics function in EEGlab

Hello:
I am trying to perform parametric analysis on resting state EEG data. The
toolboxes work to generate individual and averaged plots, for both spectral
power and scalp topography, for individual frequency bins including theta,
alpha beta and gamma, defined within my study as 2-7 Hz, 8-12 Hz, 13-30 Hz
and 30 - 55 Hz (considering only frequencies below 60 Hz to avoid 60 hz
artifact).
Using a properly constructed "study" I am trying to do a simple pairwise
contrast between the eyes-open and eyes-closed condition across the various
spectral domains, for particular electrodes as regions-of-interest. Using
the tools available in the "study" GUI, the averaged spectral figures and
the topographic plots show the expected differences in the alpha spectrum,
as a reality check. If I drill into a particular electrode as an ROI, the
plotting program will generate spectral power plots for both individual
participants as light blue lines, and the averaged power as a black line.
However the statistics function appears to be dysfunctional, and will not
plot any values into the output graph. This seems to be a program issue -
has anyone got a solution?
thanks
