[Eeglablist] Robust PSD calculation

Makoto -

I agree that more nuanced robust-mean ERP, ITC, and ERCoh options would be
desirable to try (and to add to EEGLAB).  To this purpose, the basic EEGLAB
time/frequency functions have a trimmed-mean option that I recommend.
