[Eeglablist] 64 bit vs. 32 bit matlab

Hello, 

Our lab is deciding whether to switch to a 64-bit system in order to avoid
memory issues when using large data files. Could datasets or erpsets created on
eeglab/erplab running on a 64-bit Matlab be accessible from a 32-bit Matlab on a
different computer? Are there compatibility problems involved in using different
versions of Matlab to access the same files?
