[Eeglablist] Rejecting/Interpolating bad channels, take 2

note that it is not recommended to interpolate bad channels before ICA,
unless you are planning ERP-only analyses.

we have also resorted, for the time being, to visually checking for the big
bad channels that are not caught by automated methods.
