[Eeglablist] Cluster-based permutation tests

In EEGLAB, you can use the cluster method only when using STUDY.
However, you can also use the statistics on single trials in a single dataset (if you create a STUDY with a single dataset).

In EEGLAB 12, press the statistics button in the channel or component STUDY plotting interface. Then you can select cluster statistics (click on Fieldtrip, then select monte-carlo statistics, then select cluster correction).
It works as the other STUDY statistics.
Best,

Arno

Then do it in fieldtrip. Fieldtrip have a good online tutorial for doing this just in the time-domain. There are functions for converting between EEGLAB and fieldtrip.

But since EEGLAB data can easily be imported directly into FieldTrip (see the EEGLAB function eeglab2fieldtrip() ) it should not be difficult to do that test in FieldTrip. (also, I'm not experienced with the Mass Univariate toolbox or ERPLAB, so my not mentioning them doesn't mean that they can't do this; I just don't know about them.)
