[Eeglablist] Component plotting

Dear Rachel,

These scalp topographies are each IC's fixed projection pattern, which is a
visualization of each row of the EEG.icawinv.

These maps are fixed throughout the recording, do does not change the
topographic patterns along with latency (so 'average' is still wrong).

Imagine you sit in a room with 10 radios tuned with 10 different stations
and listening to the mixture of them. That's the ICA point of view of EEG.
Sometimes one radio may become louder while other one become quieter. These
radios never move around in the room, which corresponds to the meaning of
'fixed' map.
