[Eeglablist] STUDY design for multiple condition, multiple session design

Hi all,

I am trying to perform STUDY analysis on a 19 subject dataset, but I have been running into issues. Each subject performed 2 conditions, each on a separate day. How should I organize this in STUDY? Currently I'm listing each subject twice, one is condition:MG and session:1, and the next is condition:VG and session:2. This is repeated for all 19 subjects. For the design I want to find differences between conditions MG and VG. Currently, this does not allow me to cluster ICs, I receive a warning saying multiple ICA decompositions are not allowed per subject. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to proceed?

Best,
Mike
