Due to graduation ceremonies, the availability of hotel rooms and parking will be impacted, particularly on the 12th and 13th.

A room block for a limited amount of rooms has been created for the Brain Connectivity Workshop registrants at the San Diego Marriott La Jolla Hotel: 

San Diego Marriott La Jolla offers convenient access to the University of California at San Diego and downtown La Jolla with its boutique shopping, art galleries, beaches, and restaurants. Just a short distance away, guests can use the skywalk to reach neighboring University Towne Centre, which features shopping, dining and an ice rink.

A hotel shuttle will be provided each morning and evening to transport attendees to the conference venue and and back to the hotel only. The shuttle schedule will be posted soon.

Hotel shuttle Information

The Marriott has a hotel shuttle that seats 7. Other Marriott hotel guests will be using this shuttle so please check with the front desk on the shuttle’s availability. A blue SuperShuttle has been reserved to transport BCW attendees to and from the BCW venue. The van only seats up to 9 guests, so please do not wait for a late shuttle as there will be many other BCW guests trying to board at the same time. The Marriott has set up a designated area for our guests to board the SuperShuttle, so please ask the front desk where this area is located. A light breakfast will be available at 7:00 a.m. at the BCW venue.
