A block of hotel suites have been secured at The Embassy Suites Hotel La Jolla (complimentary made to order breakfast, drinks and free shuttle to UCSD).  Please use the link below to receive the per diem rate ($142).  Please reserve your room now, your credit card will not be charged until you arrive in Nov.

Shuttle Schedules

The Embassy Suite shuttle holds 11 passengers so there will be 2 trips per way, to and from the Suites to UCSD.  Those arriving on the earlier shuttle may wish to hang your poster for the poster session on 11/18/15.  The auditorium will be open at 7:30 for participants both days of the event.   Embassy Suites made-to-order breakfast begins at 6am.
