Hello Venkatesh,

Hoping all is well ! Perhaps some of the below will be of help to you.
Let me know of your progress.

Best wishes

If you 're new to eeglab
*******

Have you had a chance to read the following section of the EEGLAB wiki ?
http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/Chapter_01:_Rejecting_Artifacts

To really make the best of it, it is important to generally review all
the contents of the tutorial wiki from start to finish, including
advanced topics:
http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/EEGLAB#The_EEGLAB_Tutorial_Outline

I would also suggest watching some of the movies of the 12th EEGLAB workshop,
so you can really get to know eeglab better, and understand what the
main processing steps are

For artifact rejection, you basically want some epochs. Review the
epochs selected by
various artifacts settings by reviewing them before rejecting epochs.
You also need to have learned already how to detect good and bad data.
If you are using the default settings, you should be able to see for yourself
from reviewing which epochs are detected, and why, based on the settings.
If you're trying to practice artifact detection, you should most
likely start with a
and epoched file that has not had artifactual epochs removed, but
starting with raw data would be best.
You can also try working with one of the other sample data sets
available at the
main page of the wiki: http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/EEGLAB
or the HeadIT database: http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/data/headit.html

Another important resource that you can try to find some answers on is the
eeglablist archive, or just search on google for "eeglablist" and your
question topic
http://sccn.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/eeglablist

********
If you are new to EEG in general I also strongly suggest that you go
the ERPLAB site
and review all the powerpoint slides at this link:
erpinfo.org/Members/ldtien/bootcamp-lecture-pptx
And the various tutorials there such as:
erpinfo.org/erplab/erplab-documentation/manual/Artifact_Rejection_Continuous.html

****
other important resources for beginners include Google Scholar, where
you can learn how to work with
EEG by reading articles that use EEGLAB (search for EEGLAB on google scholar),
and ERP handbooks such as Luck's Intro to the event-related potential technique
http://mitpress.mit.edu/books/introduction-event-related-potential-technique

For instance it will be helpful for me to have a data with an artifact and if the tutorial could show how their routine for example what will be the result when you do the step "Rejecting improbable data" on that artifact or how the step is used to reject an artifacts and what kinds of artifacts can be rejected and what cannot be rejected. Similarly how to choose a threshold for "Rejecting abnormal trends" and how different thresholds affect the data etc.
